Wait, so "Uncapped Resistance" DOESN'T mean the amount BELOW cap, but ABOVE cap? I thought those items were shit cuz it forced you to be undercapped.. Maybe I missed something, because everyone here thinks that corrupting Portal may result in Vaal Breach ( and I see the value of this ), but so far vaal gems and regular ones have the same name; this is Vaal Breach, not Vaal Portal...
