[2.6] CI Best Scourge ClawFlurry, Up to 134+ Mill DPS,Uber/Shaper/Guardians, Budget Version Inc.

Hey guys, finally killed my first Shaper with this build, but it was no where near as pleasant as the animated gif in the OP. I do maybe 1/10th that speed.

Can anyone check out my character and find out how to improve it?

Just a quick glance but you need to pick up the Assassination node asap, for 2 points that's 50% crit chance and 45% multi. I'd respec out of those 2 points before Gemini and come back to those later.

I have to run for now but perhaps I'll return later a taker a more in depth look and help if I can if someone else doesn't before then.

Hello friends. From what I can see, here are the few major issues that should be resolved:

1. You don't have any flat accuracy on your gear. Accuracy is extremely important as it is calculated twice (for the initial hit, and for the critical strike chance). Accuracy directly affects your DPS (and tool-tip), get as much of it as you can. You can get flat accuracy on the following: Rings, Amuelts, Gloves, Helmets.

2. You are missing the power charges on the tree. Power charges are very critical to this build, and are required to make this build function optimally.

3. I see that you don't have skyforth, that's fine. I would highly recommend using another method to generate power charges before serious boss fights (i.e. orb of storm - pcoc - faster casting - crit chance, you could also use jaws of agony in the weapon swap off hand (per the budget build setup) to generate your charges).

4. Your voidheart has a very low poison % chance (we don't really care for the bleed %), I would highly recommend using a divine or two to increase the % to poison (can reach up to 40%).

5. You could also use a sin's rebirth instead of taste of hate to give yourself even more damage (flasks should be used based on your needs, I usually have extra flasks in my inventory to swap them out when needed).

You can totally do this build with 2-2-2 regalia and it's not that hard to get 2-2-2

Then way down the road if you wanna try to min-max as much as possible and have the currency you can switch to 3G2R1B later.

I went life based and bought a Daresso's.

SO even with aybssus on i am only at 7.9k tool tip with Hatred, Herald of Ash, and Ice Golem with Increased Area of Effect.

With the same previous buffs i am at 10,903k tooltip with Concentrated Effect.

When i am completely buffed it flasks, power charges, frenzy charges, ect.. i am only sitting at 29k tooltip with I.A.E. and 51k C.E.

How is this guy getting 134k tooltip!!!???


It has to be my jewels or my amulet/ring

each second page the same questions so ppl are tired to answer to the same shit all the time I guess...

ur jewels are mediocre and amulet+ring pretty weak (no flat phys, no accuracy), ur claws are low rolled

and on top u have less than 7k ES

tell me, how can u have fun with this setup?

get a diamond flask of staunching isntead of ur basalt flask and try this tree with ur Energy from within jewel for more ES, more dps, a bit more fun and dont focus on ur tooltip too much, it was taken on 2.5 breach leagu with other gems and other tree and less total damage.

with the tree i posted for you, you'd have almost 7.5k es and higher dps, although ur tooltip would be a bit lower.

I'm confused by your question because I don't know how those options are related.

Blood rage is spell that you cast (does not reserve mana)

Blasphemy-Curse or Haste are auras (reserve mana)

By not running blood rage you will not suddenly have more mana to reserve for another aura ...
