I can´t afford Witchfire right now so yeah. This is what I´m going with.

Btw my average damage is 710,9 and my Tooltip is 1200. So my dmg is really really low.
If yours is already in the 5 Digits you are doing way better than me.

No haste is actually better than Hatred, hatred gives 36%extra cold dmg , but its based on phys dmg , the phys dmg on mortem morsu with the conversion to chaos dmg + the missing melee and phys dmg gems for chaos dmg ones lets you sit at low phys dmg and so you gain more tooltip but not more dmg . Haste gives increased attack speed = more poison stacks = more hits , and thats why Zabosnu aka Unchained also uses Haste instead of Hatred .

His lvl 95 tooltip in HO is 3.7k without charges , with a 6link it shouldnt be hard to reach , you just need the lvls for the chaos dmg notes on the tree .

Hope this helps:

: Pick the phys dmg + chaos notes and follow that path till "coordination" : Follow to "Sleight of Hand" then go up and take "Will of Blades" and follow from there to
"Fangs of the viper".

: Pick the Life nodes above "coordination" called "Blood siphon".
: go from "fangs of the viper" to "nullification".
: go from the evasion and energy shield note 1 before "nullification" to "blood drinker" and
follow from there to the Claw wheel and take all nodes till "claws of magpie".

: take the jewel passive from the side of the claw wheel will cost 4 passives from that point.
: go up from "nullification" to "coldhearted calculation".
: go from "fangs of the viper" down to "claws of the pride".
: go and take the first two notes on the opposite side (es + evasion) + "voidbarrier".
: take the 2 dexterity notes on the way between "claws of the pride" and "voidbarrier" down to
revenge of the haunted.

Points used till now: 44
-> Note : Normal Bandits kill all.

: take the remaining crit + crit multi nodes on the claw wheel + "Soul Raker".
: take the accuracy crit nodes on the small wheel next to "fangs of the viper" called
"depht perception".
: pick up the first power charge note on the tree going from the claw wheel side.
: go from "coldhearted calculation" to "assasination".
: go from "coldhearted calculation" to "claws of the falcon".
: pick the intelligence note infront of "ghost reaver" and the one following that one.
: pick up "written in blood"

Points used till now:65

-> Note: If you get to 62 and get 2 bloodseeker hellion paws you dont have to take vaal pact till
Scourge. If you cant afford bloodseeker and have rare claws take vaal pact when you get to
60.
-> Note: Cruel Bandits take Attack speed

: pick up "force shaper"

:take the (reduced mana reservation) note following from force shaper in the wheel of "influence".
:if you are dual wielding (recommended) take the first 3 notes from "gemini" gemini included ,
located on the opposite side of "ghost reaver".

Points used till now with out charisma wheel: 75

:pick up the jewel note in the "vaal pact" area.
:pick up the jewel note following the path from "force shaper" with the increased max mana notes.
:follow that way till "deep wisdom" in the witch area .
:follow further till "blast radius"

Points used till now with charisma and Vaal pact: 95 (about lvl 74)

At some point between the last few steps if you decide to go Ci the tree changes, if not this is how you continue

:take the jewel socket next to the "Melding" wheel
:take arcane focus
:take the (increased energyshield) notes going from "deep wisdom"

Points used till now: 104 (lvl 83)

This is very late to change to CI , but at this point you have everything prepared to go CI

When going CI : regrets needed 12 + x

1. step: 2regrets - get rid of "blood siphon"
2. step: skill points needed 2 - connect "coordination" to "vaal pact"
3. step: 5regrets - get rid of "revenge of the hunted" and the 2 dex notes connecting it to "claws
of the pride"
4. step: 1regret - get rid of the (physical damage) notable between "Will of blades" and "fangs of
the viper"
5. step: 4regrets: get rid of "blood drinker" and the 2 life notes next to it + the 1dex note
connecting it to "nullification"
6. step: skill points needed 5 -Take "Chaos Innoculation" and the 3 es notes behind it + "ghost
reaver".

-> You can change to CI whenever you want, recommendable with decent enough ES gear around lvl 70 .
If you do it before lvl 83 ,which is also recommended, then youl have to atleast have 88 pasive
points so you close the circle at the Intelligence notable which connects claws of magpie and the
Jewel socket wheel with maximum mana . At this point you can change to CI without wasting more
regrets than needed.

7. step: At where ever you stoped continue from there.

Useful Uniques for lvling :

Helmets: Best: Goldrim / asenath's mark

Gloves : Best: Lochtonial caress / ondar's clasp

Boots: Best: seven-league step / victarios flight / abberaths hooves / Wanderlust / Best: Nomic's storm

BodyArmour: Tabularasa / Best: Skin of the loyal

Belts: Best: Meginords girdle / Belt of the deciever / wurms molt

Amulets: Daresso's Salute / Astramentis

Rings: Blackheart / perandus signet

->> note : Try to use atleast 2 elreon jewellrys so you dont have any mana cost for skills

Claws : the unique claws are all very cheap max 1alch each. try to get 2 of each till Mortem morsu
and use them till lvl 62 and get hellion's paw bloodseeker and at lvl 70 right away the
scourge or first The Rive terror claw and then later The scourge.

Till lvl 28 use viper strike with a melee splash gem and faster attacks support, this should carry you till lvl 28 easily with high single target dps, if you should encounter a boss fight where you have no chance with this setup , switch melee splash for multi strike and at lvl 18 you can add melee phys dmg support .At lvl 28 use bladeflurry with faster attacks / increased area / melee phys dmg / poison support(at 31) , drop poison if you have to much mana used .

Flasks: get 3 or 4 Quicksilver flasks with preferable of adrenaline mod , 1 of them with freeze immunity , and a Life flask with bleed immunity

Actually it's all fine. My tooltip dmg with conc is 21k in combat with 200 ex worth gear and I melt shaper in 2-3 seconds, so tooltip doesn't matter.
