Honestly, just by leeching more. Running a Vinktar's or Taste of Hate can help with larger reflect mobs, if you have the currency to equip one.

Anyone here whit full budget build can post actual dps in HO and ES?

I believe if you own similar gloves and have Curse Vuln. on hit it would drastically improve your single target dps (less than Witchbrew flask but its consistent). EXAMPLE:
Found very similar gloves with that curse but cost 9ex lol.

These are nice jewels. I would focus on attack speed and then minion/area/increased damage (for the scourge claw build). However, you can also use your jewels to cap out your resistances/stats...etc.

With the Scourge Claw I simply tap (one click) on mobs with physical reflect and I have no issues (this is player skill based). We also have immortal call to help mitigate any physical damage. If you are doing a map with the physical reflect mod, simply swap out your belt for Dyadian Dawn belt (deal 0 physical damage) and in your 6-link you can add physical to lightning conversion (or added chaos).

For the budget build, there are 0 issues with reflect.

Can this build, instead of using BF, be used for Dual Strike? Everything else the same/very similar.

Yes, with some modifications to tree/gear for optimization.
