From another recent post stating that Chris should grow his beard back then it sounds like he looks like Mr. Clean with no hair on top or face. I can't tell because even the last Path of Exile Atlas: The Lioneye's Watch Podcast #06 - Feat. Lead Developer Chris Wilson there is no video of him and an old picture is still being used.

That is JAY WILSON from Diablo 3 (a total fail of a game developer) He's the one responsible for the catastrophe that was D3 before Reaper of Souls did some work to revive it.
