Hello everyone, happy easter

i was wandering if anyone could have a look at my character and check for any silly oversights or mistakes i make (its my first wander and my first evasion build)
clear speed is nuts just singletarget and surviveability are lacking.
i know this build isnt meant to facetank anything i just feel like i'm missing something.
i am aware that i dont have the correct boot enchant from lab, but please point out anything else that catches your eyes.

Hi,

Looking at your character, I don't think you are missing any key stuff, the only two things that I might wanna point out is:
1. You need to have blood rage active to fully utilize the damage multiplier from energy leech, and blood rage itself is also a good dps boost.
2. Power siphon + barrage + helmet enchant + dying sun already have 15 projectiles, adding one more from amulet anoint + belt does not add that much difference, switching anoint to wandslinger should actually give better dps, and u can also switch dying sun to atziri's promise.

I think overall you have pretty solid gear, and I don't think you should have big problem in single target dps, make sure you have cleared all trash mobs near the boss before you shoot power siphon on boss, otherwise you will deal 0 dps to the boss.

I posted my gear 4 posts before your reply, and you can have a check, I had no problem with sirus 8 as of dps, and I don't think my gear is better than yours.

Also, you can have a check on new cluster notebales, and adjust your tree slightly, u can have a check on my character (I switched from wander to bowyer, but the tree is similar, and cluster jewels I used are the same).

As for survivability, I have to say this build is pure glass cannon during delirium encounter, there's simply no way to get real tankiness.

oh my, thank you for your elaborate post that really helps, i'll look into those changes :) especially the clusterjewels, didnt know which points i can sacrifice and which notables i want. i'll orient on your stuff then. thanks a whole lot! also about the dying sun insight's. as you can see i followed different stages of OP's guide, some bits and pieces from his standard char and some from his 3.9.

What is the cheapest way to get your Queen of leather to 4B 1G 1R ? Assuming it's 6L already.

Also how did you get +350% evasion on your current gear ?

because it is not a current gear. The section "current gear" means the ultimate form in perma standard league , which i already told him to label some item as legacy as warning

either roll 2 blues or preferably 3 blues on it and go for vorici white sockets.
i did mine by spamming atleast 3 blue with the crafting bench, cost around 2700 chromatics which is considered lucky in vorici calc's math

Hi everyone! Is Kinetic Bolt new skill can be an alternative for clearing ? Ofc clear speed is not good as kinetic blast but i think the skill effect looks nice and fun to play.

And if it can be use so what do you think about gem set up or modify for the skill to work perfectly ?

Played a while this build. You can see current character state in my profile (char name BlastyChick). Reached 87 lvl for now, invested roughly 20ex and build feels yet not assembled. Red maps are deadly, delirium encounters are frustrating from time to time, blights are unpredictable random shit.

My gear


Pretty happy with chest, jewelry, shield and boots. Gloves got less DPS than Thunderfist but it feels just ok. Crafted wand myself with essence of wrath and multimoded it (the best I've got for less than 3ex, including 2ex multimod crafting cost). Thinking to fossil craft a better one wand but have to calc desired outcome and PDS boost in PoB first.

Trying to fossil craft this helm to have T1 life, "nearby enemies have -#% lightning res" and some ele damage. Right now I have Rat's Nest equipped.


Belt is nothing special: stygian vise with life and resists. After crafting a good helm will acquire belt with life, great ele damage boost and resists that fit the new helm (if it happens to have some).

I also have Storm Prison and Brinerot Flag.

My flask setup


Playing without life flask causes random deaths from hard hits and huge damage over time (Ulysses Morvant encounter is 99% deadly).

My jewels


Wanna replace watchers eye to have crit chance with Wrath and some mod related to Precision (will play around in PoB to see which mod gives the most DPS).
I'm also thinking about dropping Conqueror's Potency and replacing it with another one searching eye jewel with interesting implicit like corrupted blood immunity (yeah, that thing is another pain in the ass without life flask).

I also consider making a stronger CWDT in helmet/boots and dropping lightning golem (this thing dies constantly anyways). Will this setup work fine?



So now I have a couple of questions:

1. Does Dying Sun really have so little impact that I can drop it for a life flask? (assuming I have a helm with enchant)

2. Why do some of you use Atztiri's Promise when we have Vessel of Vinktar that already gives us damage boost and freaking 20% life leech from lightning damage?

3. What cluster jewels and notables can you suggest that will work better than bottom left part of the skill tree?

4. I'm still not confident that I'm doing a reliable thing. It barely hits 5K hp and enough damage to kill T16 bosses. Am I moving in the right direction? Like gear upgrade plans and so on. Haven't played evasion build before, it feels too squishy after pure physical Cyclone Slayer build (which dealt with T16 delirium and bosses easily with much less effort and investment, you can see it too in my character list). Please leave some reply and suggestions about my current gear.

5. Likely duplicate of the previous question but are my described plans are enough to overcome Conquerors and Sirus himself after reaching AWL 5? What else can I do to make this build working?

Dying Sun

You can always play with POB. But in very old build that Alchemist was not deleted from tree (and there is a not related notable also called Alchemist in this patch) Dying Sun mean +2 arrow which is good for Barrage active skill (and +1 from flask effect). But Power Siphon already have mutli arrow and even more from Barrage Support, there is diminishing margin return on additional arrow on dps due to Barrage/Barrage support mechanics

chaos resistance became more and more importance and may be some people want more chaos damage for dps? Personally i roll a magic chaos res flask to use instead
