Got some Mana probs, is the only way to fix it, an amulete with mana for dmg taken?

yes the only way to sustain ur attack for more then 5 sec is to have scold paired with at least 12-15% dmg taken gained has mana

Do you think it will still working if i use 9 legacy grand spectrum in jewel sockets?

yes it can work.
With grandspectrum u have to use a kaom since u won't have the life % from jewel. So for ur cwdt setup u would have to use 1:CWDT/vortex/moltenshell/fireball 2:CWDT/arctic breath/eleweak curse/shock nova 3: Clarity/blink arrow/blood rage/enhance. yeah if u trying it on league w/o legacy item don't use rumi its not really worth it after the nerf u should use instead Taste of Hate
