[2.6] Merisc's Berserker Firestorm Tank [Uber Lab Farmer] [Atziri EZ]

looking forward to this great life-based build of yours... i'm kinda ready with some of my self-found loots and recently bought FB w/ elem weakness on hit! =D

Question about the 5 nodes near witch area - Deep Wisdom, 3 mana and life, and Heart and soul. With this being a Blood Magic build would it not be better to move those points over to the other side and take Elemental damage, fire damage, Fire walker, Elemental damage, and Occultists Dominion?

Your route:

+20 max mana (void)
+20 max ES
+20 Intel
28% max mana (void)
20% max health (good)

My route:

16% increased elemental damage
28% increased fire damage
15% fire resist
16% increased spell damage
4% cast speed
+20 intel

Other route (6 points instead of 5):
move 6 points above Cruel Preparation to Intel node, 4 Fire damage, and Heart of FLame

+10 intel
71% increased fire damage
Damage penetrates 3% fire resist

Yes you loose a very small amount of HP vs gaining decent damage boost.

Would like your thoughts on this.

Currently giving this build a try.

What are the most important links for firestorm in order of significance ?
It´s the start of the league and i only can afford a 4 Link PoH.


Also, are the two CWDT setups really neccessary ? I think i need something for utility.
Decoy Totem makes me feel very safe i don´t think i can sacrifice that.
But i could put that in a good unset ring.


What are your thoughts about searing bond ?

I would say Firestorm - Ele Focus - Faster Casting - Control Destruction.

Also, do whatever links you feel are best! I use the CWDT setups for lazy play. I wanted this to be a one button build and that's what I made! Also, I don't believe searing bond is very useful since firestorm does way too much damage to need something like searing bond helping it.

100% reduced crit chance is not 100% LESS. Therefore you will have the base amount of crit that firestorm has. 100% of 0 is still 0.

Okay thanks. I just did Cruel lab and I´m gonna grab some better gear before i attempt merciless
and eventually uber. So far i like the build. I´ll keep you posted with my progress.

Just ripped during an uber trial. Man this hits me realllly hard. I just found a nice chest too.
I liked the character but just as it began to come alive i ripped it. Damn.

Some 2.6 update? after patch notes.
Maybe nice unique or jewel or tree?))))

nvm you dont run totems so my suggestion was useless :P
