Just re rolled it to an anti freeze flask, thanks for the build man. I'm clearing maps at a godly rate.

yea sure, they've reduced some crit multi on tree, but this build will be viable for 3.0. Idk about passive tree atm, need to see full 3.0 tree first
About bandits - i'll recommend to chose alira, cause of free res and nice crit multi
Is this build hc viable in 3.0 (without abyssus)? Or should i play another build as leaguestarter?

i'll recommend to play something different as hc leaguestarter, this build need good rares to work on t8+ maps if you aren't using abyssus
