It's fine. The macro doesn't interact with the game at all, even though it seems that way. It simply reads your computers clipboard and watches for any changes. No game memory reading. The hotkeys in AdditionalMacros.txt do interact with the games chat but they only do things that were approved by GGG multiple times. The original creator of TradeMacro asked GGG for approval in the early development stages and got it. But since I don't have any link to some quote proving this you should use your own judgement. Looking at the github release download counts, the most downloaded release to this date has 45k downloads. I have never seen anyone complaining about this macro violating GGGs terms of use and that it would be "illegal". So either trust me or draw your own conclusions.

please tell me. Is it possible to run this script with Russian localization poe?

same error with new version, and cookies from poe.trade site dont helping

trade macro shows both of the minion mods as prefixes
poeaffix.net shows them as prefixes
the wiki shows them as prefixes

all are wrong. when i do ctrl+d it shows 4 prefixes which is not possible. i thought they were both suffixes then so i exalted the gloves and got fire res which is also a suffix. one of the minion mods must be a prefix and the other a suffix.

@ViForsaken and @kfar2007_2016, please read number 2, point 10 of the FAQ here. According to the files uploaded by kfar2007_2016 he seems to have this issue. I've written all that I know about this issue and possible solutions to it down in the FAQ.

You can't use TradeMacro with the russian localization.

I have two computers. In one dsl connection. In the second Huawei E3272 modem ( . With the modem this problem is. But sometimes it works well with the modem.
There are thoughts why the modem does not work script?

ItemInfo (and therefore TradeMacro) uses a large amount of text comparisons to be able to parse the item. This text is copied from the game, but this text is also in the localized language. As long as GGG doesn't add some option to display/copy the english language instead it will simply be to much work to add support for different langauges. We're talking thousands of text comparisons here.


Your PC travels over multiple servers from your router to poe.trade. As mentioned in the FAQ there seem to be some troublesome routes. I don't know why and I can't say what servers are problematic. These routes are not always the same, they can change, so it's not weird that it sometimes works and sometimes not.
