Number 2. This belt seems very well suited for Stun builds. And Art #2 suits a Stun.
Also, finally stun builds can drop fortify for more DPS and Stunning!

I voted 4. But it definitely needs some color on it.

Also, the name and flavor text are pretty terrible. There were a lot better options to pick from, and they picked one of the worse ones.

On another note, perhaps we could get more belt uniques that pertain to other certain classes.
I know the belt doesn't just benefit the Champion, but you just know a ton of them are going to consider it BIS. Would be nice to have some other uniques that provide a "general bonus" that also blends perfectly with another class. And I don't mean just boosting elemental damage for Inquisitor/Elementalist. I mean things that change behaviour, like adding another golem, or some kind of special damage conversion or something. A turn of the tables, not a sticker, if you will.
