Installation Instructions
It's easy, follow the steps: 1) Click on the github URL using the link above. 2) Click on "Source code (zip)". You'll download the ZIP-file 3) Open the "download" folder on your PC, Rightclick the file and extract it. You'll need 7zip, winrar or winzip for that. 4) Copy/Paste the (.filter) file to your POE repository, under "C:\Users\your_username\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\EssenceFilterShorty_v1_1.filter" You can also access it In Game by navigate to the option menu, then UI tab, and at the bottom of the scroll tab : Click on "Show filter folder". 5) Paste the file from step 3 there. 6) Scroll to the bottom of the interface tab again. You should now be able to select the filter(s) from the scrolldown menu. Enjoy :) If you're experiencing problems: it's very very likely because you've failed extracting the files or pasted them to the wrong folder. The filter works for thousands of users, it should also work for you (yes also if you're using steam). You can also check out the POE wiki on filters. If you want to edit the filter, I recommend using NotePad++ (google it).

 You can easily modified or update own your own the filter with the spreadsheet in the downloaded folder, use it for maintain your own filter or modified it as you wish. ;) (The color picking of the xls documents don't figure out the opacity of the filter background colors.) To modified your works, try to test it before loading on PoEdit ( https://bschug.github.io/poedit/poedit.html ). A little screenshot of the filter testing colors can be helpful for the community to have a good overview of the rendering item filter.

At the beginning, i try to design a colorful and attractive item filter for people who loves playing with sounds and visuals effects. The big question on which i wanted to work on, was the Opacity of the loot filter, to create a graduate level of valuable items. I wanna bring a simple clarity for looting what i really need for a reasonable high-speed farming. My goal was to create a loot filter able to handle all items without needed to "Hiden" a specific part of these, or using the "z" button to show/hide Items. It's the reason why i took the decision to show every items of the game content, with a non valuable item part where names are tinted, and another part with more colors and shine. I chose to add a few more things on it, likes sounds and FontSize modifications. All sounds modifications are set to 200 for volume sound (on a scale of 0 to 300) I meet some little issues on color picking, cause it's really hard to harmonize all these color's items, ***and maybe a few times where the script launching doesn't work caused by new item updates. (but when their's a failed on launching your script, the game detect the wrong codes and advertise you with the wrong lines of it.)*** like this :

At the beginning of my poe game experience, i trying to search a related good item filter without finding what i really expected. That's why i chose to create my own loot item filter. Clearly colorful and attractive for people who like playing with a bit sounds and visuals effects. I thinking it's a good and helpful loot filter for people who are farming between level 15 to 80, where's currency and valuable vendor item are more relevant than "normal" loot quality.(low valuable loot) I not trying to say that my filter is better than another one cause it's my own filter, but because i start to write it for my budies who are playing poe too, which allowed me to gather information on what went wrong or unpleasant. What You Won't Miss with this filter : - Maps and Essences league items - Valuables items for NPC Vendors (chroma recipe/jeweller/chisel & more) - All Currency - Magic and Rare Jewelry - Somes Exceptions (as the mirror of kalandra) - divinations cards - Superior skill gems and Specific one's (enlighten-empower-enhance) - news items classes My filters catch new items released by GGG to ensure you'll see everything immediately with the new features I add. You'll see every valuable items with this filter. Hi there,
Here is my new items color filter for the Legacy League of Poe 2.6.0 Changes : - copy a part of the default filter of poe.
