No sry.
1) berserk have 25% restore HP/MP for any moment. Chieftan have leech from totem only if totem deal dmg. 2) berserk have 40% more dps. totem have 1M dps * 40% more dps = 1.4M dps x2 totem = 2.8M dps Chieftan = 2M dps .
