What is better way to generate frenzy charges? I am using hoi+ice bite combo since I have capped resis without purities but I rarely see frenzy charges pop up (does discharge instantly expend them as they generate?). Tried blood rage today and I saw frenzy charges being generated quite often but it gets hectic sometimes if I run into an ele ref mob. Its only the attack that matters. Since its damage is based of crit chance technically.
