there are no elreon rings with good accuracy roll, so I bought good rolls on normal diamond rings. If Idont go accuracy to remove accuracy gems from the chest and gloves I cant put fortify into the gloves, cuz nothing to remove exept accuracy and i can put vortex into chest.

Withmax accuracy roll on rings ( max is 400, you can have more but you will have shit mod on the ring,the light radius,plus it adds not much more accuracy to be ok with that trash mod, better craft something usufull on it ), so with max roll I have 88% chanceto hit, if I buy elreon rings with 250 accuracy I think I will be will missing a lot which leads to death

I have nice crafted elreon rings but they are used with accuracy gems

You're right, but im scared right now rerolling colors on my corrupted chest, not sure how many currency it will eat.

But I forgot warlod's gives mana leech, I think Ill be fine then

Elreon rings are great. Like Alex said, if I could find T1 accuracy and Elreon mod i'd definitely go down that road.

I'm doing the daily everyday for a shot too. Even just one of those rings would add so much efficiency to the build. Until then, two points in dreamer and mana regen on rings is giving me infinite cyclone on any fight - 87 unreserved with help from Enlighten 4, but works even with 3.

As for Blade Vortex in chest: the damage has definitely gone up despite me dropping Doom Cast, which is amazing. Did a few deathless Shapers and stuff just gets mowed down faster. There's also less pressure to leech (Unshaped and Uncreated being better measures of that than Shaper actually.)

I've even gone ahead and dropped Purity of Ice because the leech is higher.

Also, not sure if it's related. But getting 2 MTX for Discharge actually buffed my FPS and probably DPS. Lol.

Woah. Don't work with a corruoted chest. It could cost you 10 exalt or more in chromes and vaals. Save for a clean Voll's instead... unless you have a +1 Voll's? O.o that'd be great for some builds.

Woah. Don't work with a corruoted chest. It could cost you 10 exalt or more in chromes and vaals. Save for a clean Voll's instead... unless you have a +1 Voll's? O.o that'd be great for some builds.

yep, my chest is +1. It also buffs up empower for 1 lvl

I dont really know is it powerful or not. Lvl 26 Discharge is just a half more damage than lvl 21. But its just more of a base damage. In Cospri its Discharge + Con Destruction + Conc Effect. Perhaps PCoC is better?

Edit: And I put Empower not because I want to, but because there is no +1 chest on the market with 3G3B sockets. So I picked up optimal colors with 3G2B and 1R. And I dont have enough courage yet to start rolling the colors =)

Damn, lost my wall of text. Basically:

PCoC is essential!! I thought you were dropping the fortify slot.

After buying a ton of Elreon rings someone told me something - I'd never roll T1 acc rings, because Elreon's rings are iLvl 59. Holy crap! That means subpar mods all over. This build is being seriously held back by the rings (and I wouldn't even say 'budget' as Multiple Crafted Mods assumes a fairly rich user.)

The high end will probably be with Enlighten L4s picking up the slack. In fact, it may be that Heretic's Veil provides the best coverage (save TWO gem slots cos of enlighten, mana reduction, curse effectiveness - it's great.)
