Casting speed is a lie if you want to calculate true blade vortex damage. Thats why noone runs vaal haste, because blades always spin with same speed. And you dont need much cast speed to reach 20stacks rather mana regen would block u.

Vaal haste multiplies my TT by 150% which is a complete lie vs true dps. If you can get 20 stacks no problemo, haste has no sence as it brings zero value to dmg. Better to run heralds or wrath.

TL;DR ALERT

At this moment playing BV is AWESOME! I have also 90 Ice nova/flame surge able to clear T12 maps but lets talk about BV. This is my first league where i drop exalt (actually 4ex in 2 days). I was running this build with CI for some time untill i gather 6ex for 6s5l shav. Then i manage upgrade to 6l and its MUCH diffrence!(added only iaoe). Also bought Vessel of Vinktar flask and its another big upgrade 0.0! Can you tell me how to link whole gear etc here? Anyway knowledge and time spent with BV also make diffrence. With same gear i was running T6 maps safe. Then after few days and understand more about flask and BV at all i manage to jump up to T9-T10 maps WITH SAME GEAR! But at this point i need your advices about my future.
