Same issue here. Cleared Rare Quay twiceand got no credit for atlas progression.

I don't think it has been fixed unfortunately, just completed the entire map. 0 monsters remaining and can't leave arena nor did it unlock on my atlas.

The patch hasn't been applied to the live production game, yet, they have only fixed it in development.
