You can't load up character tabs only stash tabs....right? I'm talking about this error and the temporary fix:

Did the guys creating it come with the wonderful idea of updating it to break it ?
Workaround Solution to that particular error, 2015-04-22
(within Procurement folder)(version.1.9.0)
0)- this might work for other versions too
1)- make a backup copy of - Settings.xml (in case of messing it up)
2)- open - Settings.xml (with text editor)
3)- find line: <Setting name="DownloadOnlyMyCharacters" value="True" /> (set false to true)
4)- find line <List name="MyCharacters" />
(make sure no characters are listed below at this particular section)
5) feedback, this worked for at least 3 different cases, if you run into any problems tell. if it works, please give feedback.
6) Yes, no characters will be listed now, that's why i call it a Workaround Solution.

edit: yea, I just checked. Still can't load up character tabs.
Just checked for original version 1.9.2 and my "bears" version 1.9.3 - all char tabs/stash loaded.
Make sure that you AccountName field for v1.9.2 is correct - it's CASE SENSITIVE.
Make sure that you use new settings.xml file with "load all"(default) settings:
This versio is broken. Still cant load stash with session ID or either logging in to the program. I get the same error as many othe people even tho I do EVERYTHING you could possibly try to fix is, like: Case sensitive name, checking settings that they are ok, using session ID instead of login, using login instead of session id... removing old characters that give the "Cant load stashtabs for user: XXXX" messages.......... etc... yeah..
