If you are playing in an essence league, the gloves are an excellent option. Most people are running fortify in their shield charge, making a 5L required. The 3% base crit to socketed gems in gloves is more than the support gem while also not being a mana multiplier - meaning easier to fit lesser Elreon's in your build and not requiring +mana on hit jewels.

I am currently running the +3% base crit gloves with Cyclone, Additional Accuracy, Cast on Crit, Blade Vortex. Faster attacks is not 100% needed if you have a high IAS Cospri's, IAS on gloves, and well rolled high IAS jewels. BV + Voll's Protector generates far more charges than Power Charge on Critical Support, allowing you to melt high HP bosses even faster. With these 4 gems in the gloves, the mana cost for Cyclone is 16.8, which with x2 -8 Elreons', is rounded down to 0.

I'm not 100% sure it's the best, but that's the beauty of new leagues and new build-enabling uniques. This theorycrafting and testing is some of the most fun to have in the game IMO.

How are you reaching 5 IAS without faster attacks? I'd run BV too if I could reach 5. But 5 is attack speed minimum to discharge at 100ms cap of cospri because cyclone hits 2x a attack. (you actually need a little higher like 6 IAS since we dont have 100% acc nor 100% crit anymore to account for that descrepancy)

I don't use BV I use Cylone and PCoC and this seems fast 32 sec core boss kill

To answer you question Larvox, the idea to using those +3 gloves is to play other class. Like elementalist or occultist and still getting ~90 crit on cyclone. One user here tried them and hated it so he gave them to me and is using my build now.

You can also lvl up pretty comfortable by playing BV untill like 80 and then you spend a bit to respec into the actual build. BV requires also almost no real gear, wich makes it very efficient.

Do you understand what you read? I also did read that in the post in the forums, and what i do know, is that they can't reproduce the same bug in the ways that we are reporting it, so they will probably need more time or more detailed information to understand what is going on.
