" That staff build uses Hege's staff. The only drawback is price. Some of the items are expensive in leagues. That aside, it offers fine progression curve. I guess that's the reason its on the list. | |

Cool initiative, great presentation.
As with a few others, I am a little surprised with an expensive build making the list.
