This delay is affecting almost a hundred thousand players in various ways, some of which likely have taken time out of busy schedules to get online at a set time. This might not seem like much, but we are talking almost 100,000 people. If this doesn't seem like a massive opportunity cost, this is because you're being scope insensitive, which is a cognitive bias. The correct solution would have been to kick all players currently playing, make small race to fill the gap and have some additional information leaks to keep the crowd entertained while a solution is found.

We are not mad because there is bug or issue.

We are mad that they let some people play and ruin the economy of league with unfair advantage while others sit hours in queue

I had to change server to get a queue that was actually counting down.

I had to cancel and restart my queue to actually get it to countdown, its like the server just forgets you're even in queue. I went from 26k to 10k

3 hours waiting for slow download, and 2 min playing, nothing since 1,5 hour and some streamers play flawles LOL, WTF

I am by no means a good player so the race for the top does not bother me. What bothers me is the fact that I have been so hyped up about starting a new league together with a friend and have fun.

We got in right away and made it to level 5, then we both got DC, and a massive queue. I was at place 2211 and my friend at 30k something (Amsterdam EU), my friend got in 30 min ago and I have yet to gain another place in queue. I restarted and I'm currently at 2805...

Seems just too random who gets DC, who gets to play and who gets stuck in an infinite queue...

For the sake of those who are competetive I also think a reset when shit is sorted out is the only way to go
