[DEAD in 3.0] DESTROY THE ATLAS! | 2H Dual Warchief Totem
Currently lvl81 with this build & it's pretty strong but i'm still undecided on what to do with my gem slots & still need to pick up a vaal skill at some point.
Here is my current gear, which is a WIP. One thing i will note, getting the intel for this build was a total pain in the butt. Last edited by DeamosDan#0835 on Sep 13, 2016, 11:34:38 AM

I'm playing this in essence, but my DPS isn't coming anywhere close, even with a disfavour. I'm running chieftain and hitting 77k dps with conc in a 5L (none of the 6L's add to tooltip anyway). Is that about right and zerker would be nearly double my dps?
My characters are available to look at: repetitivenoisetotems is the character if someone who's having more success wouldn't mind taking a look. |

" Well ... thank you. Got voidheart. Now the dilemma... for general play, and I hate gem swapping. I am thinking: AW + FA + Melee Phys Damage + Fire Damage + WED + AOE which for bosses (Izaro) will become: AW + FA + Melee Phys Damage + Fire Damage + Damage on full like + Conc But I am torn. If I had Disfavour... this would be it. I don't. So AOE is on the weaker side (I am at around 35 - 39K DPS). Last edited by ZenEnott#0616 on Sep 13, 2016, 12:15:46 PM

" " I am already wearing a 40% Belly. Like I said it did not bring the life boost, i thought it would..... Last edited by baggysweatpants#3863 on Sep 13, 2016, 1:43:31 PM

That would mean that you don't have enough flat life on your gear.
My 40% Belly gets me precisely 800 more... From 5820 to 6620. |

Hello all
I'm doing this build on esc. Gear:
Spoiler
Thoughts: I don't know if the OP has ever played tanky build or not but the claim that this build is tanky is just wrong. Even with decent dodging I feel very weak compared to high hitting bosses. Espcially since you have to be in a certain radius for the totems to work. Disfavour is def. required to make this work and while a good offense is also a decent defense. If you take that away it's really lacking. -> Cleared upto t10 maps (deathless) -> Cheap to start off with -> Caps out without BiS. -> Really weak vs high phys or ele hits. (even with 5k+ life) -> Casting totems all the time seems to be slowing since you have to wait for them to 'activate' Right now I'm at 6 disfavour cards and saving up for the last 4. The build is pretty fun otherwise. If I would start again I think I would go FB (didn't feel like FB this league) since it's cheaper to max out and with about the same potential. |

" Thanks for the feedback. I actually have played very tanky builds like maxblock/spellblock 90% phys mitigation EQ gladiators at 8k life last league in Prophecy. But I dont know if you have ever played a true glasscannon build. I think this build is on a fair middle ground cause it enables a safe playstyle. Sure you have to be close to the totems but they can be placed at the edge of your screen to work and hit targets that are essetially 2 screens away. If you play true melee or something like Blade vortex you have get very close to all kinds of deadly stuff. Also note that you should always farm content that is apropriate for you current level of damage and mitigation. With Brass Dome my character for example tanks alot of very hard hits (including fully damage buffed izaro shockwave). |

Um saving currency for a 6l
What is better, brass dome or belly? Im playing berserker version |

Some update how im doing right now in Essence SC. Leveled up my character to level 93. Divined my axe several times to 608 pdps (~5pdps from perf) and did some other minor improvements and now 189k DPS with conc in HO(poison as 6th link), 118k with inc AOE, 6,2k HP.
Today after hitting 93 i Did Vaal Temple, Core, Hydra, Chimera, Phoenix and some other crazy mods corrupted t15. Probably gona kill Minotaur tommorrow. So far Hydra was by far the hardest challenge. You have to constantly run away from all kinds of attack's and aoe's. Most of the time you only have time to drop one totem and it dies quite quickly or boss teleports to other side of the arena. I want to buy Taste of Hate but its so expensive... I have the currency but I just dont want to, low roll 4,5 exa... Last edited by Vindarfael#1107 on Sep 13, 2016, 4:07:45 PM

" I would recommend to go for a Voidheart before Taste of Hate. Rapid Decay is just so much better than Posion support. For Hydra you just need to dodge the Ice Orbs. These do the most damage in the entire fight. I died 2 times in my first encounter, but its actually not that hard. I found minotaur to be the hardest so far. These bloody shock barriers slowed me down alot. On my first try I died 3 times. I did a deathless second try but played it very patiently. |
