Path of Building: Offline Build Planner [v1.4.71]
 I have the above jewel, and am using a shield and scorching ray. Why is DPS not affected in my case? Scorching Ray on wiki says "Modifiers to Spell Damage apply to this Skill's Damage Over Time effect". https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Scorching_Ray . " flat damage modifiers ("adds x to y damage to spells") never apply to damage over time effects, so yes, it's referring strictly to "more" or "increased damage" modifiers. |

First of thanks for the excellent tool. I was wondering tho, does anyone have a fix for the black screen? The only way I can run POB is if its a fresh download or install. Once I close and try to reopen later it goes to a black screen and hangs? I could try to fix the code if anyone has an idea of wherethe problem lies.

hi am sorry but in path of building you are missing a Elder mod for Shields

Hello, i've been using PoB on my desktop pc since it came out, but recently i bought a small laptop for school and i use PoB on that too, but i have Texts on screen scaled up to 150% from windows (in the display settings) and i can't see the Rare items underneath the Unique items unless i scale it back to 100% font size which is really annoying to work with (also doesn't work with 125% scaling)
It's an 11.6" laptop running in 1080p

 Would be great if you could add a slider like the one at the bottom in the 150% scaling picture so that the rare items can actually be displayed. PoB has become a staple for theorycrafting, keep up the good work! I need 'Killed recently' option. im using Pob 1.4.74 and it's still lacking. at least i can't find it in 'When in Combat' stats.

I think the reduced elemental damage taken from Nebuloch is not being accounted for in the Damage taken section
