Is it possible that the poison code (new one) is not on point .. I'm doing like 1/5 of my final dps on the 2,6 version.. Yes I know that double dipping is gone, but it's like I will do no poison damage at all after the new patch..

I'm doing like 12 k dps per poison (new) compare to like 400k dps per poison (old)

It shouldn't be too far off; in the worst case, there might be some modifiers that should be applying that aren't, or are applying and shouldn't, but I can't imagine there'd be many such cases. Anyway, that degree of reduction isn't surprising if the build was heavily invested in double dipping.

1/5th, your're lucky. My planned Essence Drain + Consuming Dark build I'm playing currently, went from 484k dps in 2.6 to measly 61k dps in 3.0. How's them apples?.. DoT dps went up 43k -> 50k, but Poison dps went from 47k -> 1.7k (insert sad face). And this is with 10 Wither stack, Vulnerability and Temp. Chains.
It's so horrible... I know i still got like A lot of dps.. but that's so sad that they are reducing it so much..

And I'm not that invested in double dipping.. I'm playing a Varunastra Crit Viper Striker..

IF they are maintaining the changes, what is the point of playing poison at all.. Applying like a 2k dps poison is whatever sadly.. 2 I will just invest in more physical node or whatever will give me dps and survivability...

I'm not even pissed off about the changes.. Its just overnerfed like the ES nerf.(I'm not even playing ES at all)

And Sixense.. it's just sad for you... At least I got a fuckton of physical dps compensating that

MY dps was around 3,7 Millions dps with poison (... (yeah that much) (on shaper, on optimal condition, vuln, temp chains, wither 10 stacks, flask, etc(no shock))

Thanks for all the work you've put into this. Went ahead and tossed a small donation into your Patreon.

Just wanted to point out a really niche detail, but PoB doesn't account for Increased Duration and Lightning Golem's Storm Orb. Although I suppose something like this isn't really ideal for boiling down into a simple More multiplier (or is it?), since the default orb lasts ~8 seconds. So you don't get any benefit from using Increased Duration for anything that dies faster than that.

Increased Duration is definitely applying to the Storm Orb. Were you expecting some change in the DPS calculation? Duration isn't factored into the calculation for Storm Orb in any way.

First off, thank you VERY much for creating this program, and all the hard work you are doing constantly updating it!

I play pure SRS quite a bit, and noticed what appears to be a discrepency between 2.6 and 3.0 MH Total More calculations. It appears that 3.0 is not including the MORE portion of the Minion Damage support gem.




If you get some time from all the critical/important updates you are currently working on, could you please look into this?

Minion stats haven't been updated for 3.0 yet. I'm having some difficulties with the minion's skills, as there's a new scaling method employed which I haven't had time to investigate.

Edit: Actually, I'll see if I can just get the base stats updated, since those should be fine.
