the jewel removes the less multiplier of LMP from the setup, so it's pretty huge for unlocking single target uptime.

Changing my gear up a bit and my skill tree i am able to get 267K dps for clearing and 305K dps for boss kills. Here is my current gear and my passive tree.

Can anyone look at my character (fridgid_old_man) and help me out here? I am broke as all hell (never had more than 50c to my name) and also can't seem to get any good DPS on this. I'm having issues mapping above T10, so what can I improve in my gear that won't cost me Exalted that I never have? Would love a 6 slot, but can't find one with any decent ES without paying 3ex.

Does inquisitor + cold penetration support work? so 0-37%

" I haven't personally tested this, but the consensus seems to be that with Inevitable Judgment crits are completely unaffected by resistances, positive or negative. So cold penetration is pretty useless. |
