On a more serious note, my slightly better guess is that it'll give one of the skill gems used by the Riftwalker. Ziggy says in the new boss demonstration video:

"In this fight you'll have to dodge a combination of Void Spectral Throw and Void Frost Bolt combined with Void Vortex."

The card will either continue saying nothing forever because themed, or the name of the skill gem will get added onto it at a later time when the skill reveals have been made.

Void can give anything from void leagues :D like HH :D
