Pretty bad bow design, doesnt give anything to the game.

100% chance to bleed ? I agree with ZiggyD that there is no good source of bleeding, but not completly. We got no uniques that give bleed for bow users, puncture need a buff as a active skill, but one 25% or 30% bleed chance passive is enough, you dont really need more.

With around 3 attacks per second (what many builds have, not many people fall below 3) and 30% bleed chance you got statisticaly permament bleeding on bosses. So you dont really need more chance. Additionaly you dont really need to proc bleed of weaker enemies, you will blow them away with just initial hit.
GGG design many buffs for bleed like duration and such bow, but they are total counter of how the mechanic works - single strong proc. Yet GGG put bonuses that favor something that stack.

The bow dont have really high base damage, neither do have high crit rate or atttack speed. It will only give high AOE, but do you really need higher AOE with tornado shot or split arrow? It already cover half of the screen.

If I had to design new bow for bleed then I would go for something like that:

-30% reduced attack speed (bleed favors high single hits, not attack speed, work as debuff to counter weight other bonuses)
Very high base physical damage, so upper limit around 400-450+ minimum (same reason as above)
Piercing Critical Hits cause bleeding (thematic reason, pierce visualy looks like it should cause bleeding, and people that focus on bleeding want it to proc of critical anyway).
Bonus to critical strike chance. (same reason as above)

The bow is simply a clear monster. It sucks against bosses though. Not sure how Reach is changed but it is likely still better. Deaths Opus is definitly better, except for maybe clearing but its fast enough to not matter. Killing a boss with this Bow is terrible though, you can't Chain, so you can't Pierce and Can't Bleed. At this point the bow turns into a regular bow with normal Harbinger Crit and Attack Speed and a nice damage increase. Again due to the damage being applied by Flat Physical Damage it is a lot better than Bows like Lioneyes because 20% quality simply means 20% more damage unlike with Lioneyes.
And now just plug in spark and wear 2 new rings and righwald quils, go for deadeye and see what will happen.

Any chance the Hydra's skills like frozen rain arrow or frozen arrow or lightning bolt rain arrow apply to the new league or standard?, or they just only specialize for beta or internal realm tester?

Doesn't look good. The DPS from the video is meh. (can't one-shot normal mobs)
