Hmm ok. gpu bound means your cpu has to wait for your gpu. i believe i am cpu bound so this should help!

Yeah, I'm CPU bound too. I get new pc and card next week so will wait to mess around with this til then AND if there are any bugs I won't get 'em.

does this mean i have to open PoE from this shortcut?
i normally don't have a shortcut i open from, i just have the exe file pinned to my taskbar, and properties on the normal exe file doesn't allow you to change anything since there is no "target" since it is the target. so essentially to do what is necessary i need to create a shortcut, then i can add that line, but does that mean i need to execute the game from the shortcut every time now for it to be active? | |
