If you wish to gain the power the Ascendancy points give your build then you must overcome the challenge of the Lab in order to gain that power. And its a pretty fair tradeoff and the Lab is NOT that hard to get the hang of..
Its a challenge for a reason and the Ascendancy points you get are way too powerful to just be given away by other means just because you cant be bothered to accept the challenge. If you want the points.. Go EARN them like the rest of us... You dont have to like it (to be quite honest the lab isn't exactly my favorite thing but i do it at least once on every build now.) but im pretty damn sure you will enjoy the hell out of the points once you get them. (I know i do) Its a one time thing once its done on your build you dont have to farm it like others do. You never have to enter it again once you do it once but you have to do it atleast once if you want that massive boost to your build its just that simple. Moving the points somewhere easier is not the answer.. All that will do is give out the impression that from then on any challenge the players are faced with if they dont like the challenge then they can just ask for the rewards to be moved to something easier and then the game goes to total shit.. There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation.
