Yea it was off because I entered normal use time value, but it's average damage. I also see that you have 10% resist penetration.

So, its
18955.05 23183.57 damage vs full life for current setup. if you replace added fire with cold pen it become: 19040.24 23287.23 (or a little bit more considering 10% cold damage from the gem quality, +1 gems chest etc.) Not a big difference, but, you also can use fire pen, herald of ash and pyre ring. that will add additional ~2k impact damage and effective burn. elemental penetration is always better even for 'non elemental build'. Penetration is ALWAYS better than added stats because it make part of your damages impossible to mitigate.

You can do some sweet pve stuff with elementalist and crit bear trap. I don't share to reddit but ya its busted lol 500k avg and ridiculous ignites. can skip fire gem as elementalist and use EE and the ignites are bonkers you can 1 shot anything save atziri ignite imm. work in poison and good to go.
