Died a L57 to a ridiculous cluster of Beyond/Invasion/Nemesis in Dried Lake. Haven't done HC in years - not too shabby for the scrub.

Events 102 and 103 (next 2 races) need to be rescheduled to not conflict with this 48hr race.

This is insanely disappointing! I was still alive and logged out in time. The game puts me in standard. What the heck guys!!!! Level 58 trying to level some in Dried Lakes in Cruel, and was in perfect shape. I really don't understand how I can have 2k+ life with 140-150 hp per second regen and log out at about 50% hp to be dead with no mob close by when I close the game down. Are you kidding me?!!! I mean first I have so much lag on California servers, and then they go down on me. I have to play on Texas servers for 2-3 hours at obviously higher ms, then back to California for 30-32ms. So upsetting!!! There is no possible way within the split second where I was alive to rip. I have raced this whole season to come down to not even hitting level 60 is very disappointing. Not hitting 1k in the end is sure a big slap in the face after the issues both in game and RL I have been working through. I really hope Chris at least comes through with the replacement event to give me back a chance to make up some points I need.

Hey, a noob-ish question here:

I made a character in this race. I found an exalt with that character. I put the exalt in my stash. Then I died (nothing to do with the restarts, I just screwed up and died). The character migrated to softcore standard. The exalt (and everything else in my stash) did not. What happened to the exalt? Is it gone forever? Will it go where a living character from the race would have gone when the race ends?

I don't really care if it ends up in HC or SC, but if it just disappeared I'm gonna be furious.

It is still on the 48 hour race that will migrate to HC Prophecy at the end of the race, and when GGG transitions the chatacers and stashs over.

I was pretty confident in 85+ and possibly 90 with nicemap(tm) drops but i dont even know what i died to... i press logout to char screen, game freezes, in about 2 seconds its still frozen but i got the resurrect in town message, and then it logged out, that felt really bad

I have one thing to say though, I want this as a league not as a race :D

Great race, I did better than I expected :)

But there is one thing I cannot understand:
The more I progressed during the race, the bigger joke were the fights with the exiles.
To some extend it was the case also with the invasion bosses.
But that beyond monsters... They were highly resistant to my damage and did a lot of damage all the time. It is just me or does somebody else feel the same?

Anyway, I don't think I will participate in such long race anymore (although it was a lot of fun). The points/time ratio is just terrible, especially for me :)
