Quick advice on how to get past Brutus in this race:
Don't hesitate to reset both The Lower Prison and The Upper Prison at least once (logging out once you've completed The Upper Prison): this allows you to get to level 12, and unlock the use of greater life flasks. With the extra currency, you can use a transmutation orb on those flasks to try to get an instant one. Having a quicksilver always active for the length of the fight is necessary if you want to have a 50/50 chance to survive it. The Upper Prison area doesn't have the 50 % extra cold, but Brutus will still be able to instantly kill you if you get caught. Fightgarr: I've removed it from this event when for other or older blamt event, it was always present. I felt that compared to the last 24hour BLAMT event, it would be better if Brutus was not chilling you when hitting you: players aren't able to offscreen a wandering Brutus anymore. Killing Brutus at level 20 is nothing to be ashamed of is it? Dear god this is the big daddy of all hard races.

I'm all for adding the 50% extra cold back to Brutus. Even if it gets me killed several times. Also lol@the bleed sentinel change being required. I can only imagine if it hadn't been changed.
The only thing that could make this better is if it also had Infernal Tempest applied to every zone. Welcome to Path of Bound. Bring back race seasons.

If i kill brutus and merveil but died at Izaro. Am i going to get points for brutus and merveil? do i have to kill izaro for getting points?(lvl point or boss points(merveil etc.)) |
