White Crude Bow vs. Uber Atziri

so what's so impressive with this build? There is not that big a difference between this build and using caustic arrow. CA can perform with a crap bow as well. I'm not saying this build is bad but scaling on the flat dmg of gems is not very hard. When I saw the title I was expecting you to scale based on the bow phys dmg.

LOL. It's funny that I was expecting this type of reaction when I first commented. I can't have an opposite opinion if I can't do the same? A build does not even allow any critisim? Besides, I have done uber many times using my old posion arrow build. I have no problem changing my bow to a white bow. The only thing I lose is +3 gems. Again, I'm not saying this is a bad build. I'm just saying OP used a misleading title that tricked me thinking the build was impressive for using a white bow to clear uber and then dispointed me when he did not even rely on the white bow at all.

You see. It's easy to create misleading titles by playing the words without actually doing the work.

im using a white bow. And the damage i deal is attack based. Thats a bit different than using Caustic arrow or a spell, since I still need to deal damage with an attack skill. This basicly shows that added chaos gem with some tweaks is enough to kill one of the biggest bosses in the game. imo that is something new, plus the damage is still way higher than any caustic arrow build

It is not the "build" it's more of a showcase how broken poison with chaos damage on massive aps/hits melts poe's hardes content atm. Barrage is most likly the best single target you can have in the game right now (by abusing poison).

out of curiosity, i wonder if you could achieve great dps by using a malicious (T1 added chaos roll) 6L thicket bow.

Also, would the chin sol "100% more bow damage" only apply to the initial hit or would it also douple dip on the DOT ?
