+ Crave the Slaughter Ascendancy Note (15% increased Movement Speed if you haven't been Hit Recently) + 30% boots = 111% movement, should be enough

You have no +Phys dmg on any of your jewelry. That would be a good place to start from. Then the abyssus helm gives you a lot more of that phys that you need.

Was surprised (and overjoyed) to randomly 6L my second belly I had in stash about an hour ago. Now I have some new screenshots to go with it:
