Really curious why you dont use "Skirmish, Two-Point Arrow Quiver"

 Wouldnt this one insanely boost ur overall DPS cuz this would allow you to have 3 totems up? :) Trying to satisfy the whole PoE community is like telling a nymphomaniac to only have sex once in a week.
