Been googling around trying to figure out whether I want to go chieftain or berserker, with a lot of people recommending chieftain for the survival as apparently the damage lost isn't that significant.
I know this guide primarily focuses on berserker but it has that chieftain section too (though I think it's out dated?). I'm currently chieftain but wondering if it'd be more worth respeccing into berserker just as the guide is made. I am worried about potentially being too squishy or not having enough survival for higher end maps/elder fights, and especially for uber lab farming. Is berserker much less safe than chieftain for the izaro fights themselves, since I know the warcry gives you great regen and life/mana gained back and makes traps a breeze but the taunt makes Izaro ez pz? So in a way I want to be able to pretty confidently farm Uber lab, but it's not something I want to do all day long as I like progressing the Atlas too and getting some elder/shaper kills. Sorry if it's a daft question, just struggling to decide, thanks for the help :) |

I am playing with the cheapest version, berserker, (5L no belly, 3c cost), great o one shield, deidbell helm without enchant, now at lvl 86.
made successfully do all the labs by myself, norm,cruel,merc, uber. I thought I might need a carry at uber lab, but no, at my first try I succeed. Uber lab was so easy. I plan to farm it. Then I did the normal atziri, it was super easy. Now I will do the atlas, gugglehupf, you said u cleared 157/157 atlas. do you recommend it or maybe for example only 1 shaped map at tier 10-11-12-13, rest not completed? for specific shaped map drop strategy? I didnot understand the new atlas tactics, what is better for us? all 157/157 ? |

Why not Maim instead of Add fire dmg?

What do i upgrade? Should i craft and amu? i spend 1ex to craft that 2 steel rings.
