" Yes ofc you can kill Shaper using budget option. Tukohama shield is very controversial item, I would say it's not needed at all to do Shaper, and it not make maping faster. Here are my stats @97 lvl, using Chieftain ascendancy and: 8454 hp, 2x 605,623 dps http://i.imgur.com/sWtMxXM.jpg It's Harbinger league shot, no legacy items or flasks. Totemic Zeal is almost useless when you got tons of attack speed everywhere. I tested it and don't feel any difference now. It's good for leveling only, when your gear and attack speed sucks. Difference in totem placing on my gear and buffs rolling is under 0,01 sec = not noticeable at all. | |
