Kinda funny people think IR would work to get the attack damage bonus when it clearly states from the lower of the two.

" The belt might still count evasion equal to 0. Still the unique affix potential is high, since 10000 lowest is already 40% increase, so if you somehow make 40000 lowest then you got 160% increase with is alot for a belt slot. |
