Guardian "Harmony of Pupose" bugged in 1v1 & Sarn Arena

Hello! Thanks in advance for looking at this.
The problem we are having is much like the Fortitude (perma-fortify) problem we were having with the Champion sub-class around Ascendancy launch. The effect/aura falls off right before the countdown in 1v1 and for the duration, and you would have to re-enter Sarn Arena if you are killed to re-active. I believe this should be a quick fix, as perma-fortify (fortitude) did the same thing, but was hotfixed later.
