Hi there, I think that something about cast speed on staves has changed. I've found a couple of staves with more than 30% cast speed at relatively low item level.

Data about map upgrades (per vendor), tileset type and divination card drops was already in the last release. Boss information will be in the next update, at the time of the last release the wiki did not have enough on every Boss to include that.

Can you post an example? I don't see anything new on poeaffix or the wiki and nothing in the patch notes either.

i guess its because essence crafting.
on 2h (staff) you can get 30-33% and even 39-42% with http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Shrieking_Essence_of_Misery and http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Deafening_Essence_of_Misery

You wouldn't just find those mods though. People should be aware when they applied an essence.

The values on the official website include essences though. The listed values for lvl 55, 72 and 82 are exactly what the T5-7 essence of misery does.

The blue staffs you listed look like they might come from the divination card (the 5 linked ones) and the two others either from the lab or another special place (iLvl 83 and 84). Anyway, the list on the official website gives way too few details to work with it. At least I won't relabel the tiers based on that. I'll look around for more consistent information.

yes they are not created with essences but they all have ilevel greater than 72 and if you look at the link you posted you see

of Sortilege 72 Cast Speed +% 20 to 22
of Sortilege 72 Cast Speed +% 30 to 33

of Finesse 83 Cast Speed +% 35 to 38
of Finesse 83 Cast Speed +% 23 to 25

the lower rolls are for 1h weapons the higher ones for 2h weapons in each bracket and your linked search there is one ilv84 with 38% castspeed which is top roll of Finesse bracket rest is between 30 and 33.
so its a normal transmute/alteration used item or just an identified blue.
@arty the floras gift div card gives always 5l staff ilevel 66 so these are just items found in uberlab chest or high maps.
so all is good with the infoscript :-)

No. The infoscript does not distinguish between 1h and 2h, because the brackets were different a short while ago (poeaffix.net still lists 1h brackets for 2h, for example). Should be fixed with the next release.
