Can confirm, switching DL Region to New Zealand fixed the Problem.

germany frankfurt server switched to argentina instant finish!

This appears to be a Steam issue, as a temp fix swapping your download server in Steam to another location should let you download the patch.

I am not using steam but the local installation and I as well cannot complete patch downloading (logging in from Germany).
It was rapidly downloading the first 5 or so MB, then it was stuck at 98,75%. Eventually however it did finish the download (after 6 minutes or so). |

No matter what server I change to it won't finish the Download. Any idea's GGG doesn't like to get back to it's supporter base. Thanks

" It just says download has timed out. Nothing is happening with the disk usage. I have tried refreshing my steam files, resetting my computer, changing download locations, deleting the patch and re downloading it, and nothing seems to be working. It's stuck at 76% and won't go any higher. |
