Coc users will barely notice this buff as opposed to selfcast discharge, good call in my oppinion.

I'm just confused... should be 20% reduced not LESS on shield charge <,< and also why buff discharge that's already strong meta? what needs adjusting is CoC not the other spells ppl use with it -.-

as a great example... you just buffed this build cause it needed to clear a map faster then 1 minute, right? O.o CoC and Discharge is the strong shit in this one.. not the Shield chage -.-

Best get on finishing those decorations then guys.
What we got to see was fantastic.

Personally, I was very excited about Cat actually having decorations that really fit her (belly).
Now I know I'm not everyone, but I think a lot of people were also of the opinion that the new decorations from act 4 were really refreshing.

GGGGG please please please nerf COC... it ruins the game for far too long

Just spent $20 bucks to buy the new boxes because I was stoked on rolling shield charge and getting some cool black armor.

All of a sudden you hard nerf a skill that has sucked since forever. Thanks guys. On top of that, you buffed a skill that has been pretty good for a while.

Instead of nerfing fun skills so early in the league, I would appreciate it if you worked out the sound and lag kinks that this new league has experienced. It seems your heads are not in the right place at this time.

Edit: I have had to reroll twice now because my screen froze completely (and never recovers) and I log in to standard. Never had that happen til this new patch/league. Yet you choose to nerf a low-tier melee skill after you made it useable and fresh. Thanks again guys.
