Does the explosion portion of Fireball also scale with projectile damage?
Any plans in 3.0 to allow us to know which tiers of affixes are on certain item?

With essences especially I got to the point where I'm really scared to purchase an expensive item fearing it may be essence crafted or a very high hybrid roll

Regarding the Elementalist node Mastermind of Discord - its worded a bit oddly, stating 'damage penetrates x resistance, if you've used y skill recently'.

Does that mean it leaves a status on the target making sure any following damage will penetrate whatever the source, similar to Elemental Equilibrium, or does it add penetration on hit to your attacks and spells similar to the Penetration support gems?

The latter. You can cast the Y skill on one target (or even on no target at all), then use the X skill on another target, and you get the penetration.
Why arent Dominating Blow enchants like other minion enchants?(even melee)

If we look at other Duration summoning skills enchants we got :

Srs:

- Srs damage (25% & 40%)
- Srs duration
- Chance to spawn an additionnal Srs


&

Animate Weapon:

- AW damage(25% & 40%)
- AW duration
- Chance to spawn an additional AW


&

Summon skeleton:

- Summon skeleton damage(25% & 40%)
- Chance to spawn 1 additional skeleton
- Chance to spawn 2 additional skeleton



and then we got Dominating blow

- Dom blow player damage (24% & 34%)
- Dom blow Minion duration
- Dom Blow minion damage (20% & 30%)

1) Where are the Additional monster mods? or even Dominated monster has a chance to become 1 rarity higher

2)All other minion skills get 40% increased damage (minion) while dom blow gets 30% + having a 35% less damage on the gem

3) why are the damage mods 2 separate enchants? it only makes the skill weaker by watering down its power sources. Being a single mod would be way better, still shit but better.

4) The Enchant that buffs Player Dom blow damage is 24-36%, even the melee part of Dom Blow gets weaker enchants than other melee skill

6% base Crit Chance. Can't proc itself due to the internal cooldown of 0.5 seconds.

I heard that when I link "animate weapon" skill with "spell totem support" then the animate weapons damage can be affected by the support "less damage" modifier AND modifiers to general damage, spell damage and totem damage. Is this true? Does totem does that for all skills?

No (the Totem does not deal damage, it summons Minions. Hence, it follows the usual rules for Minions: Only 3 things can affect Minions:

1. Things that specifically say "Minions"
2. Applicable Support gems
3. Things that affect "allies"

Increased general damage on your character, spell damage, and totem damage are none of the above.)

I see, Thanks. I was trying to decide if I wanted to include it in my build so I hadn't had a chance to try it out yet. Thanks for the help!
