Mechanical Questions Thread

Anyone have any build fully use the Atziri's disfavor? The only I can find is the EQ slayer for duelist but I don't want to play another EQ/ duelist right now.
Any help/ input is welcomed.

If I reduce maximum amount of Power/Frenzy/Endurance charges to 0, by using enough Powerlessness/Pacifism/Fragility jewels, will it cause effects "on maximum Power/Frenzy/Endurance charges" to be triggered constantly?

look in options -> keybindings (or w/e it is called, no PoE at hand atm), there are "skill 1"-"skill5" binds which are Q-T by default

nope, this game's UI suck (although, tbh, if you aren't playing summoner or heavy curser you probably don't need that many skills)

You will be at max all the time, and that's the catch - if you are at max all the time, you never trigger it.
And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

You will never trigger "when reaching Max charges" (unless you un/resocket the Jewel, maybe?), but you will permanently trigger "while at Max Charges".

True, I missed that was question about "at" modifier, not about "when reaching" one. Thanks for correcting.

What is the equip level of Ice Storm? Can it be supported by Cast When Damage Taken? If yes, what level does the Cast When Damage Taken gem have to be?

In the recent norse video on unlimited shaped strands, he said he discovered that if there isnt any maps in the t12 map pool unlocked, any t12 maps that are supposed to drop will be dropped as t11. And this is how he gets ALOT of shaped strands.

This is contradictory to what GGG has said in the thread explaining how atlas works. "When a map drops, its tier is entirely unchanged by the choice of which maps you have unlocked so far."

So is the info provided by GGG correct? Or is what Norse experienced just RNG?
