Guildie here - it works perfectly cursing manually or using Blood Rage. Takes perhaps two packs to max out Frenzies.
Yes, it looks like this is to do specifically with Blasphemy, which wasn't mentioned in anyone's reports previously. This is to do with the fact that the aura needs to re-calculated what things it's affecting when it's radius increases, which happens during the process of killing the enemy, which is also when it needs to be applying to grant the charge. This will be fixed in a future patch.

If you rely on a curse to generate charges, then it will either be a curse-on-hit herald, or blasphemy. (Or maybe on trigger gems if your build is specifically set up for it). Charge generating curses need to be used before basically every pack; especially if you also rely on them for life/mana gain. It would slow you down hugely to have to manually apply the curses each time. Ain't nobody got time for that.
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

My Pathfinder Blade vortex with Blasphemy warlords mark made my game lag when i kill packs, i had to use life leech gem instead :(

Looks like this is the same bug that drops fps when using AoE skills like cyclone. Always wondered why my archer never saw the problem. Now I know it's a radius recalculation issue.

I don't believe this is blasphemy-related at all. I'm running cyclone with hatred and haste, the stutter is terrible when I hit a big pack of mobs at once. Best example would be opening a strongbox, waiting for the monsters to spawn and as soon as I land the first hit with cyclone on ~10 monsters at the same time, I get a nice juicy freeze.

You are replyinjg to the wrong post. This thread is about whether charge generation is working with blasphemy and the Headsman node. You are thinking of a different issue with slayer and freezing/lag/etc.
