EARTHQUAKE2.4 Double DOT, KILL ANY BOSS ONLY 1 HIT

Is Kaom's Heart absolutely needed for this build? Just wondering being I have a 6-link Belly of the Beast. That I would like to put to use with this build. I would assume molten shell would go in belly.

Atziri's axe. Bloodreaper is only used for leveling and skin transfer.

And i only have 3856 armour and 6k life at 86(21k with flask on)? i feel a little squishy now and idk what i'm doing wrong ?
Can any1 point out what i'm missing on DPS and armour ?

I think he didnt update dps after build release, so that damage on screen isnt nerfed, also look at the enchantment on hes helmet "30 reduced eq duration", dunno exactly but look's like a huge damage boost.
Dont forget about Ming's heart(20% damage boost) +phys damage on ring/amulet and jewels that have +% increased damage, all combined maybe about +9k damage, but im not sure.
Would be cool if Trevoh update 1st page with build info, i really like that build for myself but im runnig juggernaut without that nasty Ming's heart and +damage on everything but for higher life/charges, so for my stat's its 92 lvl 8k hp, 36k damage with conc. effect(only hatred/temp chain's on)
120k damage(+flask's+bloodrage+9end.charge's)

Use jewel's that have mana leech :)

is it recommended in hardore and as a first character?

newbie question, you do have IMMORTAL CALL as skill gem in boots, from where did you get your endurance charge?
