Vaal Temple used to be very easy when it was T14, until 2.4. It's featured in the 2.2 Scion double boss rampage video, with Vulnerability too. It was pretty much the same as the regular Atziri Trio and could be easily roflstomped by this build with any mods (except Blood Magic and Leech immunity).

In 2.4 it got moved to T16 and damage upgraded to the Uber Trio level. And since VT is always corrupted it can get real nasty with mods now. I did two twinned VT's for my Templar's endgame grind achievement in the Essence League, but they were not deathless. Facetanking Uber Trio with mods is not a very good idea! :) I ended up dying to the last 1-2 bosses that powered up, then kiting and dodging them for the win.

I haven't done the new VT enough times to include it in the Boss Guide, and since the mods are always random I don't really know what to write about it. It should be safe to do it the same way as Uber Trio which is in the guide. Except the area is dark and it's hard to see where the archer is.

Unw stance version is better than any other, I would also point out that Auxium gives more int with perandus signets, so if you dont need res its better than rare with int imo.

when I tried to clear vaal temple for the atlas completion, I thought I'd be super clever and buy a twinned one with vulnerability and some other damage mods since no one else wanted it and I thought this build can just facetank through it, right. right? nope, I got roflstomped when trying to facetank and had to kite around. or, rather: run around like a headless chicken. ripped the last portal with one boss remaining and had to buy another vaal temple with easier mods.

what's most important in my opinion is to kill the ranged gal first, then the double striker, then the cycloner last. just like most builds approach the trio fight. but with the higher damage output (on uber level) and possibly damage mods in vaal temple, keeping the order becomes all the more important. but if you dont get crazy rolls, its still a rather easy fight for this build... as in... this build has an easier time with the fight than most other builds. ;)

the map had I think two additional damage mods on top of twinned and vulnerability. ;)

this season ends soon (nov 25 or 29 i don't know exactly) and i would like to play with this build in 2.5 too .
This is my first season and this build is like to me very much. :)
My goal now is that to reach the 36 challanges for the portal transmog (i'm at 35 now:) )
So my questions is:
- does this build do enough damage for the breaches before the timers (maxed 1 min) end (more dmg on boss more reward we get:) )

Sitting at 2.1k es at level 50 and can't even outleach essence of woe? this build exaggerates alot of its leaching powers. Don't go balls deep, you might lose 100c in HC.

let me tell you at the end of this season stuff was cheap so by level 33 i had wi astra pyre and dodrae ring and absolutely destroys im now level 82 and the dps is so insane the dps build up initially is slow low level but higher you go better it gets i died in the level range 1-33 a few times but once you hit 33 your a god :P

you must of been doing somthing wrong or didnt have the gear seeing as its end of season you should have had wi 6 soc with 4 gems at 33 with astra pyre and dodrae ring i had about 2k es from 40 onward and didnt change gear but i was able to face tank dried lake with the 2k es your doing somthing wrong as he states if you die or are not leaching you need to change your game play the dps is so insane once i hit 33 i didnt die at all face tanked all bosses up untill merc act 4 face tanked dried lake face tanked maps up to t14 already so yea you need to rethink your gameplay

Posts like this usually appear in the Scion version that's harder to play. But failing with the Witch version is possible too.

Of course, it's always the build that's bad, never the player. ;)
