Updating with the new 3.0 build over this day. :)

All posts from this one on discuss the 3.0 version - this means Cold damage instead of Poison, and Mind over Matter, as well as Righteous Fire.

Mostly done. Will add jewels I'm using later today, and obviously I don't have the best gear yet, but it works :)

Will add a section on what gear does and how Cold Conversion works.

On first glance, I thought this build was pretty well thought out. Then I realized you had your life and mana regen balanced to properly sustain RF... that's impressive.

Hey just wanted to pop in and give some thanks for the updated build, it looks totally solid from what I can see. I remember seeing this guide a while ago and finally decided to start with it in 3.0

My build so far is level 88 but still extremely budget (4L, no endgame lab completion) and I can comfortably to T10 but I wanted to share to people can have a different side to look at and prompt some discussion. My focus was on pure phys, projectile speed for AoE coverage, and lots of more multipliers.

Going Forward: Obviously completing endgame lab will add huge damage and help with killing bosses faster. The other upgrade, which will be coming shortly (as I do have the currency but haven't pulled the trigger on my chest yet) is a 5L. I will slot in pierce and remove the piercing shots cluster to probably grab some jewel slots if I can get any good ones or just get more life. Obviously Brutality is not the most optimal damage wise, but it is certainly very straightforward and cheap. Not sure what I would change to get rid of Brutality and slot instead (Empower is the obvious choice, but a bit pricey and/or time consuming), any thoughts on this matter anyone?

EK-Nova was my favourite build last league and i was pretty sad as i heard they buff boss hp by a lot because EK pretty much sucked at single target.
I really like complete builds that can farm maps without problems and don't struggle much on ST.
Now I stumbled over your guide and I have to say I'm pretty impressed how well crafted it seems. Sadly there aren't videos to see it in action

I have a few questions regarding it:
You wrote that guardians are a piece of cake. Is it really true? ;) Can you run them smoothly and deathless? Like I said I still have that lowish single target damage in mind with an awful high amount of mana consumption

How about map clearspeed? Generally EK-nova is really great for farming but i don't see the high runspeed or fast leap slam.

Are you very tanky? If I look at the numbers I see high dodge chance with over 9k effective health, that seems impressive ;)
