Hey, thanks for great build. Just got to merciless and everything goes very smoothly. But its time to upgrade gear and i cant decide Kintsugi or Cospri chest? Dont have enough currency to test both :) Cospri feels superior for dps, but it seems must have curse on hit on gloves for it to poison reliably due to low blasphemy range.

Another thing to ask is pathing on tree. Why Entropy over Will of blades? Isnt it better 36% increase physical part then 47% dot part of spell?

I think Cospri's is better 100%, and if you can't get gloves with CoH make some or get Charisma and use Increased AoE on at least one curse. Kinstugi is nice but too situational imo.

As for the Entropy, it's just much more DPS. It's 47% DoT *and* 5% Duration which is like 5% MORE.

Finally upgraded my chest and a few pieces to a level where I feel like the build is really starting to reach a high mark. The helm needs a lot more work... I have a very good defensive one without EK damage and this...

I feel like the build is great and do practically any content, as long as you play safe (HC Player). I ended up using decoy totem in my setup to make it extra safe for some really fucked up situations (opening strongboxes, bosses, clearing Poorjoy's etc).

I've attempted to scan through the entire thread for an answer but wasn't entirely positive.

Two questions; the first being that we use (5-link) Cospri's without Poison due to the inherent poison correct? If so, we use whirling blade to hit enemies and go through them to poison? Or just in close range the curses apply and the spell "hits"?

The other question is about Bino's; i'm aware of the huge loss of spell damage from using it but the chaos damage (and heal)-- is there any way this could be a huge benefit?

You should look into how Poison works. Poison does damage based on the damage dealt and relevant modifiers - so if you apply it with Whirling Blades, it does maybe 1000 DPS max. Poison is from EK itself :)

Whirling Blades is for Mobility and Fortify only.

Bino is possible, but overall worse than a Dagger + Shield / Sceptre combo. It would work fine, just not as well.

Couple questions. Can you give any tips for HC variant of this build and what do you think about using the shark boots which give boosts depending on frenzy charges??

This *is* a HC build, already. Not much else you can do except maybe add Decoy Totem / Smoke Mine and such. As for Blood Dance, viable option, but I think Blood Rage and Atziri's Step are better overall.
