Announcing the Prophecy Challenge Leagues and 2.3.0 Content Update

Love that purple, should look amazing with Ghostflame teal, or whatever you'd call that colour. Now to decide on a league stater. Necro or ghostflame totem death blossoms

I do love the idea of high level map-only lab and the 2 extra ascendancy point reward,high end tier maps always have felt as a shoved on you grind that you have to be able to complete as soon as humanly possible but at the same time stay alive,the random league-specific things never for me personally felt as a reward of enough value to lessen the grindy feel,something that genuinely advances your character and it's performance in another way than just gaining a level and passive sounds like a great reward to look forward.

Keep in mind it's also an armor set that normally costs ~400 (based on other armor set packs) and a portal that normally costs ~125 (based on other portals) above and beyond the raw 500 points.

As to the expansion:

Looks badass. I love the ability to mess with uniques, and I enjoy the lab so another, harder one is cool.

Only thing I hate about the lab really is the absolute shit handling of enchantments, especially helmet enchants. Gloves/boots really aren't that hard to get good enchants on, but my god helms suck. Some way to influence the rng would be a godsend (and yes, one of the three challenges I'm missing is that stupid enchant one).

You have to grind maps for a chance of a piece of a labyrinth map that you grind for a 1/364 chance of the helm enchant you want? (and if you're using an irreplaceable legacy or mirror worthy helm, you're overwriting your lower tier enchant in the meantime?)

Nope, not doing it. The hamster wheel has gone full retard. By the time you get the enchant you want the next meta shift/passive reset will hit and 98 times out of 100 you'll either be playing in a new league or not playing the same build anymore.

I'm not sure about 8 ascendancy points, fill two 4-point path or 4+2+2 will be way too broken, like Gladiator can have max block also max bleed, the already broken Trickster COC getting either a huge ES boost of frenzy charge gain, Scion have 2 notables also alternative start, game is too easy already.
